- Former CFP star Stephen Bode joins Chicago Fire Reserves in 2-0 win over DC United
 BRIDGEVIEW, IL, May 10, 2008 -- Former Fire Premier star defender Steve Bode (U of Wisc. - Milwaukee) was selected by the Chicago Fire in the 2008 Supplemental Draft. He was invited to the First Team's pre-season training in Florida and Mexico this winter.
Bode now joins the Chicago Fire Reserves and appeared in the final 45 minutes of the match against DC United last weekend. Chicago collected a 2-0 victory over DC United and saw their record move to 2-1-1 for the 2008 campaign.
